Abstract

Achieving project success requires the interplay of agile team factors, team performance, and their collective influence on outcomes. This study investigates the correlation between Agile team factors, team performance, and project success in software development environments. Data were collected from software development professionals and analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method. The result reveals significant  positive correlations between Agile team factors (except for team size), team performance and project success, highlighting the mediating role of team performance.
