Plant-based milk alternatives have gained significant popularity in recent years due to increasing health concerns, allergies, and ethical or environmental consideration. While cow’s milk is widely known for its high mineral content, questions arise as to whether plant-based milk products can provide a comparable nutritional composition. This study focuses on quantifying essential minerals in both animal-based and plant-based milk products using Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectroscopy (ICP-AES) and Flame Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy (FAAS).
