Vol. 12 No. 1 (2025): MySE.Vol.12.No.1
MySE Vol. 12 No. 1 (2025) presents fifteen interdisciplinary studies advancing sustainable, inclusive, and culturally responsive environments. The issue explores autism-supportive play settings, youth engagement with museums, community environmental awareness, local support for national-park sustainability, and consumer restaurant choices. Built-environment and management research addresses BIM-enabled facilities management, construction-waste minimisation, modular living walls, green pesantren design, low-carbon city governance, and the adaptive reuse of colonial houses. Heritage and landscape studies examine Huizhou traditional houses, tree-preservation policy and land value, and land-use changes in a firefly ecotourism area. Creative environmental education is also highlighted through recycled-sculpture initiatives. Collectively, these studies emphasise integrated design, conservation, policy, technology, and community participation as key to improving environmental performance, cultural continuity, social well-being, and long-term urban and ecological resilience.
