Vol. 12 No. 2 (2025): MySE.Vol.12.No.2

MySE Vol. 12 No. 2 (2025) presents fifteen interdisciplinary studies examining sustainable development through architecture, heritage, housing, transportation, community, and environmental planning. The issue explores experiential learning in visitor centres, sustainable bus-terminal design, pedestrian spaces, adaptive cultural centres, and landscape planning for tourism. Cultural continuity is addressed through studies of Chinese residential decoration, Kelantanese architectural façades, the Baiturrahman Grand Mosque, colonial building deterioration, and urbanisation in Pulau Duyong. Social and policy research examines Generation Z’s interest in eco-friendly housing, group settlement development, neighbourhood participation and place identity, and SDG gaps in Bangladesh’s apparel industry. The issue also investigates coastal erosion and its socioeconomic effects. Collectively, the articles emphasise inclusive design, heritage conservation, sustainable mobility, community resilience, and environmentally responsible development as foundations for liveable and culturally meaningful environments.
