The implementation of waqf instruments in educational institutions is growing more and more after the concept of cash waqf or waqf using money was introduced. Endowment through money or better known as "cash endowment" is an instrument that can help meet the needs of educational institutions including the People's Religious School (SAR) to obtain a continuous source of funds. SAR is a religious school established privately by certain individuals. Most SAR are faced with financial constraints in managing and administering schools. Therefore, SAR administrators try to get funds through waqf instruments such as cash waqf. However, until now the implementation of cash waqf instruments in SAR still lacks response among SAR administrators. However, Tahfiz Integrasi al-Fateh Islamic Primary School, Raub, Pahang (SRITI, al-Fateh) is part of SAR that has implemented cash waqf and has had a positive impact on school development. Based on this phenomenon, this study was conducted to identify cash waqf instruments found in SRITI, al-Fateh, Raub and analyze the impact of the cash waqf implementation. This study is a qualitative study that involves the collection of data from primary sources collected through face-to-face interviews with the administrative ranks of SRITI al-Fateh and document sources such as books, magazines, journals, articles and others. The data was then analyzed through content analysis. Based on research, cash waqf has enough potential to guarantee the survival of SAR financial funds, especially involving the implementation of waqf using money. The implementation of this cash waqf can guarantee good management and financial stability to cover operational financing, infrastructure development, education programs and the provision of basic facilities.
