Impact of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance in the Telecommunication Sectors in Afghanistan

Organizational culture influences how people perceive their roles, interact with each other, and perceive the organization's purpose and values. A strong and positive organizational culture can lead to increased employee performance. This research aims to study the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance in the telecommunication sectors in Afghanistan. The researcher employed a mixed-methods approach and a quantitative and qualitative research design for the current study. Random sampling was employed in this study, and the sample size was 316 workers from the telecommunication sectors in Afghanistan. The data collection technique used in this study was questionnaires for analyzing data and testing the hypothesis used from SPSS version 25. The finding showed that organizational culture significantly impacts employee performance in selected telecommunication sectors in Afghanistan. Employee participation is the most critical factor in accomplishing organizational goals. This study fulfills an acknowledged need to learn the impact of organizational culture on employee performance in the telecommunication sectors in Afghanistan.
