Author Guidelines

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • The submission topic must be within the scope of MIJ. More information about the scope could be read in the journals website at the MIJ aims and scope (https://mijuitm.com.my/about/ ).
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines. Use Mendeley with IEEE style for the citation and references.
  • Make sure to read the submission guidelines at https://mijuitm.com.my/submission/ .
  • This manuscript has been checked and the similarity index is < 25%. Please provide the similarity report.
  • The submission has undergone proofreading, either by a certified proofreader or through the use of a software tool. Please provide the receipt or evidence of the grammar report.
