This paper investigates the entrepreneurial mindset among employees in Malaysia’s public and private sectors. Grounded in Human Capital Theory, the study examines how knowledge, networking, risk tolerance, and sense of purpose contribute to fostering an entrepreneurial mindset in organizations. Using a quantitative approach with stratified sampling, data were analyzed through regression analysis to determine significant factors among employees in two states in Peninsular Malaysia. Findings reveal that all four variables are influential, with risk tolerance being the strongest predictor. These results provide insights into how organizations can cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset, aligning with Malaysia's national innovation strategies and UiTM’s mission to produce resilient, entrepreneurial graduates.
