Abstract

The potential application of nutraceutical products as a brain booster has piqued much interest in those who desire a better quality of life. Miraculous Oil^TM supplied by BioFluid Sdn Bhd is a nutraceutical product consisting of Moringa oleifera extract, Ganoderma lucidum extract, Nigella sativa oil, and virgin coconut oil (VCO). These ingredients are rich in antioxidants which are scientifically proven to give a neuroprotective effect on the brain. However, the safety of Miraculous Oil^TM on the brain especially the hippocampus, which is important in learning and memory ability, remains unexplored.
