The samples are used to study the efficiency of the solid-phase micro-extraction (SPME) fiber and the multivariate analysis using the Response Surface Method (RSM) combined with Central Composite Design (CCD) to determined and verification of the authenticity of the sold Nigella sativa seed oils in the market.
