In recent years, managing the tuition centres using a traditional approach has become inefficient. It has also become inconvenient for both parents and students. This project recognises the competitive education landscape in Malaysia. It also acknowledges the growing demand for online tuition. Therefore, we suggest creating a web-based Tuition Centre Management System (TCMS) for the Iltizam Jaya Tuition Center. The current process for managing tuition is done manually, including tasks like registering new students, keeping track of their information, assessing them by subject and class, and organising study materials. This project aimed to streamline the processes, offering an accessible online platform for registration procedures, static timetable management, payment tracking, homework and lesson posting, subject management, and performance reporting, contributing to a more efficient and effective educational environment. The Iterative Waterfall Model methodology for Tuition Centre Management Development was used in this study. It covered the feasibility study phases, requirement analysis and specification, design, coding and unit testing, and maintenance. The results and discussion of the IJTutors TCMS explore the feedback from 30 respondents through assessments of the user interface and in-depth system testing using the System Usability Scale.
