About the Journal

Malaysian Journal of Chemical Engineering & Technology (MJCET) (e-ISSN: 2682-8588) is dedicated to publishing novel and original research articles, new theoretical interpretations or experimental findings, and critical reviews in the science or industrial practise of chemical, biochemical, and oil and gas processes. Preference is given to papers having a clearly indicated scope and applicability in any of the following areas:

Fluid mechanics, heat and mass transfer, multiphase flows, separation processes, thermodynamics, process systems engineering, reactors and reaction kinetics, catalysis, interfacial phenomena, electrochemical phenomena, bioengineering, mineral processing and natural products, environmental and energy engineering, materials science and engineering, oil and gas processing, and engineering education

Papers that merely describe or present a conventional or routine analysis (without novel elements) of existing processes will not be considered. Manuscripts submitted to the Malaysian Journal of Chemical Engineering must be original work that has not been published or is under consideration for publication elsewhere.

MJCET is a biannual (as planned in April and October) periodical, published in English, and open to authors around the world. All submissions will be single-blind peer reviewed.
