About the Journal
The Journal of Emerging Economies and Islamic Research (JEEIR) (e-ISSN: 2289-2559) is a peer-reviewed, open-access online journal published bi-annually in January and June. Established in 2013, it succeeds the "Economic Bulletin" (2004-2007), a printed publication from the Faculty of Business and Management at Universiti Teknologi MARA, Malaysia (UiTM).
Focus and Scope: JEEIR publishes original research focused on economics, finance, business, and management within emerging economies, Islamic contexts, or the intersection of both.
Open Access: Committed to the diamond open-access model, JEEIR charges no fees to authors or readers for publication or access.
Indexing: The journal is indexed in leading databases including DOAJ, Google Scholar, ECONBIZ, MyJurnal, MyCite, and ISC (Islamic World Science Citation Centre).
