Manuscript Withdrawal
Manuscript Withdrawal Policy
Authors may request withdrawal of a manuscript at any stage prior to publication. To ensure transparency and uphold ethical standards:
Formal Request: Withdrawal must be initiated through a written request by the corresponding author, stating clear reasons for withdrawal.
Editorial Review: The editorial office will review the request to confirm compliance with ethical guidelines and prevent misuse of the submission process.
Approval: Withdrawal is only effective once the Editor-in-Chief provides written confirmation.
Post-Acceptance Restriction: Withdrawal after acceptance is strongly discouraged and will only be considered under exceptional circumstances, with full justification.
Record Keeping: All withdrawal requests and decisions are documented to maintain accountability and integrity in the publication process.
This policy safeguards the interests of authors, reviewers, and the journal, ensuring that manuscript withdrawal is conducted responsibly and ethically.
