Authors retain full copyright of their work. By publishing in Voice of Academia (VoA), authors grant the journal first publication rights and permission to distribute the work according to the journal’s licensing policy. Authors may self-archive their work in institutional repositories or personal websites, provided that proper attribution is given and a link to the VoA version of record is included. Attribution should credit the original author(s), include the journal name, volume, issue, and DOI, and clearly indicate the license under which the work is published.
