Editorial and Reviewing Process

Manuscript Submission
Authors submit their manuscripts via the journal’s online submission system. -
Initial Screening
The Chief Editor conducts a preliminary screening to assess the manuscript’s scope, originality, and adherence to submission guidelines. Manuscripts not meeting these criteria may be desk-rejected. -
Assignment to Section Editor
If deemed suitable, the Managing Editor assigns the manuscript to a Section Editor or Associate Section Editor for further evaluation. -
Peer Review Process
Authors are required to propose two potential reviewers during submission; however, the final selection of reviewers remains at the discretion of the Section Editor, who may invite at least two independent reviewers to evaluate the manuscript.

The journal adopts a double-blind peer review process, ensuring anonymity of both authors and reviewers.

Reviewer Feedback and Editorial Decision
Upon receiving the reviewers’ comments, the Section Editor consolidates feedback and provides recommendations for revision or decision.-
Authors are required to respond to reviewer comments and resubmit a revised version, if applicable.

Final Evaluation
The Chief Editor or Managing Editor makes the final decision based on the reviewers' evaluations and the quality of the revised manuscript. -
Copyediting and Formatting
If accepted, the manuscript undergoes language editing and formatting by the Copy Editor and Associate Copy Editor to ensure it meets publication standards. -
Publication
The Managing Editor oversees the final layout and publishes the manuscript in the journal’s upcoming issue.
