Editorial and Reviewing Process

  • Manuscript Submission
Authors submit their manuscripts via the journal’s online submission system.

  • Initial Screening
The Chief Editor conducts a preliminary screening to assess the manuscript’s scope, originality, and adherence to submission guidelines. Manuscripts not meeting these criteria may be desk-rejected.

  • Assignment to Section Editor
If deemed suitable, the Managing Editor assigns the manuscript to a Section Editor or Associate Section Editor for further evaluation.

  • Peer Review Process

Authors are required to propose two potential reviewers during submission; however, the final selection of reviewers remains at the discretion of the Section Editor, who may invite at least two independent reviewers to evaluate the manuscript.

    • The journal adopts a double-blind peer review process, ensuring anonymity of both authors and reviewers.

  • Reviewer Feedback and Editorial Decision
Upon receiving the reviewers’ comments, the Section Editor consolidates feedback and provides recommendations for revision or decision.

    • Authors are required to respond to reviewer comments and resubmit a revised version, if applicable.

  • Final Evaluation
The Chief Editor or Managing Editor makes the final decision based on the reviewers' evaluations and the quality of the revised manuscript.

  • Copyediting and Formatting
If accepted, the manuscript undergoes language editing and formatting by the Copy Editor and Associate Copy Editor to ensure it meets publication standards.

  • Publication
The Managing Editor oversees the final layout and publishes the manuscript in the journal’s upcoming issue.
