PEMBANGUNAN KEUSAHAWANAN ASNAF BERDASARKAN KERANGKA NLP: SATU KAJIAN AWAL

Abstract

The module on building asnaf into an entrepreneur (MAJU) is a syllabus proposal for skills training that is systematically and strategically arranged to transform asnaf into a successful entrepreneur regardless of differences in education, age, race, location and teaching staff. The objective of this study is to obtain preliminary information related to the applicability of Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques in aspects of asnaf entrepreneurship development. The study sample was a module consisting of seven (7) participants and instructors of the cake and pastry entrepreneur skills module. Accordingly, an ontological framework is referred to as a structural framework consisting of constructs, models, methods and instances that contribute to a better theory. While NLP success technology is an acronym for "Neuro Linguistic Programming" which is a meta program of success technology that uses the potential of the conscious and unconscious brain through the method of human internal neuro language to achieve targeted goals as an entrepreneur. Lifelong mode refers to a lifelong learning course, or also called a short -term course that can be followed by all walks of life without being subject to academic approval. The proposed research result is to produce an ontology of the relationship between NLP methods that can develop asnaf to successful entrepreneurs.
