Repository Policy

e-Academia Journal (e-AJ) has the following policies concerning depositors, quality and copyright:

 

•         Items may only be deposited by accredited members of the organisation or their delegated agents.

•         Authors may only submit their own work for archiving.

•         The administrator vets items only to exclude spam.

•         The validity, authenticity, and confidentiality of submission content are the sole responsibility of the author.

•         Items may not be deposited until any publisher or funder embargo period has expired.

•         Authors are entirely responsible for any copyright violations.

•         If UiTM Institutional Repositories receives proof of copyright violation, the relevant item will be removed immediately.
