About the Journal

The Social and Management Research Journal (SMRJ) (ISSN: 1675-7017; e-ISSN: 0128-1089) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access scholarly journal. The journal is managed by the Arshad Ayub Graduate Business School (AAGBS) and published by UiTM Press, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Malaysia.

Published biannually in March and September in electronic format, SMRJ provides a platform for the dissemination of high-quality research in the fields of social sciences and management. The journal welcomes original research articles that contribute to theoretical development, empirical understanding and professional practice within these disciplines.
