Aims

The Social and Management Research Journal (SMRJ) is an international peer-reviewed journal dedicated to advancing scholarly knowledge in the fields of social sciences, business and management. The journal provides a platform for the publication and dissemination of high quality original research, theoretical contributions, methodological innovations and critical reviews that address contemporary organizational, economic, managerial and societal issues.

SMRJ promotes interdisciplinary scholarship and encourages research that integrates perspectives from business, management, economics and the social sciences.
