The Social and Management Research Journal (SMRJ) is a fully open access journal committed to the free and unrestricted dissemination of scholarly research in the fields of social sciences and management. All content is made immediately and permanently available online upon publication without subscription fees, access charges, registration requirements or embargo periods.

Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/), which permits unrestricted use, distribution, reproduction and adaptation in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited.

Authors retain full copyright of their work and grant the journal a non-exclusive license to publish and distribute the article as the version of record. Authors are permitted to share, deposit and reuse their published work in institutional repositories, subject repositories and personal platforms, provided appropriate citation to the original publication is included.

Through this open access model, SMRJ supports the global exchange of knowledge and promotes visibility, accessibility and reuse of scholarly research.
