The Social and Management Research Journal (SMRJ) is a peer-reviewed, open access international journal published by UiTM Press on behalf of the Arshad Ayub Graduate Business School (AAGBS), Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Malaysia. The journal is published biannually, with issues released in both online and print formats in March and September. Editorial Endogeny

No more than 25 percent of research articles published in any issue or calendar year (for continuous publication) may include authors affiliated with the editorial board, including editors and board members.
