1. Restoration of Online Services

The journal is pleased to announce that the internet service interruption affecting the journal's online platform has been successfully resolved. All online services have been fully restored and have been accessible since 3 July 2026.

Authors may resume new manuscript submissions, submit revised manuscripts, and manage existing submissions through the online system. Reviewers may continue accessing assigned manuscripts and completing the peer-review process. Readers may also access all journal content and online resources without interruption.

The Editorial Office sincerely appreciates the patience and understanding of authors, reviewers and readers during the temporary service disruption. Thank you for your continued support of JHSMR.
