About the Journal

Journal of Information and Knowledge Management (JIKM) (ISSN: 2289-5537 (ON-LINE)) is published by the Faculty of Information Science, Universiti Teknologi MARA, Malaysia, since 2015. The objectives of JIKM are to promote the exchange of information and knowledge in research works, new inventions and developments in information management and knowledge management, and the use of information technology towards the structuring of an information-rich society. The research tracks include but not limited to library science, artificial intelligence, communications and networking, information systems management, information management, records management, library management, and knowledge management through scholarly publication. 

Aims and Scope
This journal aims to provide a dynamic platform for researchers, academicians, and practitioners to share original research, theoretical insights, and practical applications in the fields of information and knowledge management. JIKM encourages interdisciplinary contributions that reflect emerging trends and address contemporary issues in the digital and knowledge-driven economy.

Peer Review Process
JIKM adopts a double-blind peer-review process to maintain the integrity and quality of scholarly communication. Each manuscript is reviewed by at least two experts in the relevant field. The review process emphasizes originality, methodological soundness, relevance, and contribution to the field.
