Archiving Policy

UiTM Press and the Islamic Philanthropy and Social Finance (IPSF), Universiti Teknologi MARA, as the owners of the journal, regularly generate an electronic backup of the publications via the university's Institutional Repository System with the technical assistance of the university's library (Perpustakaan Tun Abdul Razak).

JIPSF adopts the use of LOCKSS, a widely accepted best practice in the digital preservation field and more broadly for ensuring the persistence of digital information. LOCKSS is a general-purpose digital preservation technology and solutions provider and a pillar of Stanford Libraries digital library portfolio. LOCKSS consists of an international community of institutions and networks working together to advance their digital preservation capabilities.
