Funding and Institutional Support

JCA is published by Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) and operates with institutional support from the University. The journal's publishing activities, including editorial administration, peer-review management, production and online dissemination, are supported through the journal's institutional publishing arrangements. The journal does not require authors to contribute financially to support its publication activities. Where external funding or sponsorship is received for specific journal activities, such support will be transparently disclosed.

Business Model

JCA operates under a non-commercial, institutionally supported scholarly publishing model. The journal is published to support the dissemination of scholarly research in the fields covered by its aims and scope rather than to generate revenue from authors. The journal's operating model does not depend on submission fees, APCs or other mandatory author payments. Editorial and publication decisions are based on scholarly merit, originality, relevance to the journal's scope, methodological quality and peer-review evaluation, and are not influenced by an author's ability or willingness to pay.

Editorial and Financial Independence

Financial and institutional support does not influence editorial decisions. Editors retain responsibility for editorial decisions, and manuscripts are evaluated according to the journal's established editorial and peer-review procedures. JCA is committed to maintaining transparency in its publishing operations and to ensuring that financial considerations do not compromise editorial independence, peer-review integrity or the quality of published research.
