E-JITU is published by Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) under its institutional journal publishing framework. The journal operates on a not-for-profit scholarly publishing model. The Article Processing Charge (APC) is used to support the costs associated with the journal’s editorial and publishing operations. The APC does not constitute a payment for acceptance or guarantee of publication.

The journal does not charge authors any submission fee or peer-review fee.

Where applicable, authors may seek institutional, project, or research funding to cover the APC. Any such funding arrangements do not affect editorial decisions, peer review, or publication outcomes.
